Commercial Conditions
- the offer is subject to limited availability and cannot be combined with other offers
- to confirm the reservation a deposit of 30% is needed to be sent by bank transfer, money order or credit card within 7 days from the reservation
- Club Card € 60 per room (valid of one year): allows you to take advantage of the All inclusive services
- in case of cancellation up to 30 days from arrival, the deposit will be returned, within 30 days from arrival it will be retained
- in case of booking with advance payment: up to 30 days of arrival the full amount will be refunded; otherwise the deposit will be retained and the rest of the amount will be refunded
- in case of cancellation with payment by SCALAPAY: up to 30 days from arrival 5% of the deposit will be retained and the rest will be returned, otherwise the amount of the entire deposit will be retained
- in case of early departure the customer is required to pay a penalty equal to 3 nights
